Rocket leading is a form of Force Lead that uses both a Parallel Motion Lead and a Change of Frame Lead at the same time. Thus the incorporator is forced to incorporate the energy from the PML at the same time as accelerate to match the change of frame lead on their own. This uses a lot of muscle from both the initiator and incorporator and feels like a continuous hard acceleration. The stuff you would need if you if you were trying to launch a rocket.
