Since we are teaching from a principle based standpoint, it is particular difficult to decide which principles are most important. All principles are important and most are layered on top of each other so much that each one is not freestanding. We have however taken [13] principles and elevated them to the title of pillars. We do this because we believe they hold up much of the structure that other principles are based off of as well as being good starting points to build understanding of the whole.
